About Archivault
Thoughtful Record-Keeping for Families in Bangkok
We started with one idea: that families deserve a calm, organised place to bring their household papers into order — without pressure, and without jargon.

How Archivault Came to Be
Archivault was founded in Bangkok in 2019 by a small group of administrative professionals who had spent years helping expatriate and Thai families navigate piles of household documents after significant life events. What they noticed, again and again, was that the difficulty was rarely the documents themselves — it was simply that no one had ever sat down, in a calm setting, to put them in order.
The name Archivault reflects two qualities we care about: the archive — a place of careful, lasting record — and the vault — a sense of security and quiet. We wanted to build a service that felt like a well-organised room: easy to enter, clear to move through, and reassuring to leave.
From our office on Bang Na-Trat Road, we offer sessions for individuals and families who want help listing and labelling their belongings and records, as well as group workshops that explain, in plain everyday English, how estate-related documents are generally arranged. We do not provide personal guidance, and we do not work in any area that would require a regulated professional licence.
Our clients tell us that what they value most is simply the pace. We move slowly, ask patient questions, and leave families with a clear printed summary they can actually use. That is the whole of our mission.

Our Values
Calm before speed
We never rush. A well-organised record takes patience, and we hold that space for every family we work with.
Honesty about scope
We are clear about what we offer and what we do not. General information and organisation — nothing more, nothing less.
Respectful handling
Family documents are personal. We treat every paper and every conversation with quiet care and full discretion.
Plain language always
Our workshops and materials are written for everyday readers. If something is unclear, we explain it again, differently.

How We Work
Our Standards & Protocols
Every session and material at Archivault follows a consistent set of internal standards to keep our service clear, safe, and trustworthy.
Data Handling Protocol
Any documents handled during inventory sessions are returned to the client at the end of each visit. We retain only the summary record you have reviewed and approved.
Scope Clarity Standard
Every client receives a written note of what our service covers before any session begins. We do not expand scope without a separate written agreement.
Material Review Process
All checklists and reference guides are reviewed internally before distribution and updated at least once per calendar year to reflect any general changes.
Privacy-First Sessions
Sessions take place in a private, closed setting. No photographs, recordings, or document copies are taken without the client's explicit written permission.
Plain Language Commitment
All written materials are checked against plain-language guidelines before use. No technical or specialist terminology is used without a clear explanation alongside.
Feedback & Improvement
We ask every client for a short written note on their session experience. This feedback is reviewed quarterly and shapes how we develop our services.
Document Organisation for Bangkok Families
Archivault operates from Bang Na, one of Bangkok's quieter, more settled districts — a fitting home for a service built around patience and order. We work with families across the greater Bangkok area who have, at some point, found themselves wondering where a particular record is kept, or whether the papers in the back of a drawer are still relevant.
Our Belongings & Records Inventory session is a practical, unhurried way to answer that question. A member of our team sits with you and works through the household documents you have gathered, listing and labelling each one into a clear reference sheet. At the end of the session, you hold a printed inventory — a single document that tells you, and anyone else in the family who might need to know, what exists and where it is kept.
The General Information Workshop takes a different approach. Suited to groups — perhaps several members of the same family, or colleagues from the same workplace — it explains, in accessible everyday terms, how estate-related paperwork is broadly arranged. There is time for general questions, and each participant leaves with a printed reference guide they can return to at home.
For families who prefer a longer-term relationship with their records, the Family Archive Membership brings quarterly check-ins and access to a steadily updated library of general reference materials. Members tell us that what they appreciate most is the sense that their records are not a task left at the bottom of a list, but something gently maintained over time.
All of our services remain within the area of general information and document organisation. We are not a legal, financial, or regulated advisory service of any kind, and we are clear about that distinction from the first conversation.
