Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question not listed here, please feel welcome to write to us.

What exactly does Archivault do?
Archivault provides document organisation sessions and general estate information workshops. We help families create clear, tidy inventories of their household records and offer plain-language sessions on how estate-related paperwork is broadly arranged. We do not offer personal, legal, or financial advice of any kind.
Is this a legal or financial advisory service?
No. Archivault is a general information and document organisation service only. Our workshops and sessions stay at a general, educational level and do not address individual circumstances. Families seeking personal legal or financial guidance are encouraged to consult a qualified professional separately.
How long does a Belongings & Records Inventory session take?
Most inventory sessions are arranged for two to three hours. The exact length depends on the volume of records. We work at a steady pace and will discuss expected duration when you book.
How many people can attend the General Information Workshop?
Workshops are designed for small groups of up to twelve participants. This keeps the setting comfortable and allows time for general questions. Larger groups can enquire about a dedicated session.
What is included in the Family Archive Membership?
The annual membership includes four quarterly check-in sessions, access to our general-purpose record-keeping checklists, and updates to our reference materials as they are issued. All content is general and informational.
How do I book a session or workshop?
You can use the enquiry form below, call us on +66 90 836 5147, or email [email protected]. We will reply within one to two working days to arrange a convenient time.
Are sessions available in Thai?
Our primary sessions and materials are prepared in English. We can arrange for Thai-language support during inventory sessions on request — please mention this when you enquire.
How is payment arranged?
Prices are quoted in Thai Baht. Payment is accepted by bank transfer prior to the session. A confirmation note is sent once payment is received and your appointment is confirmed.
